Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Include proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)
To start a return, email artbyaffie@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If Something Arrives Damaged
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund too.
